Massage helps relieve pain in damaged muscles by sending anti-inflammation messages to muscle cells, Canadian researchers have found.

I am proud to announce the completion of the Certified Paediatric Massage Therapist program. It has been a wonderful experience exploring the intricacies of the world of children. Massage Therapy for small children is nurturing, empowering and fun.

I would like to thank Tina Allen for sharing her experience with pediatrics with us. The past 2 weekends gave a deeper understanding and appreciation to parents and caregivers of young children.

Lately, many people have been coming for relief of headaches, sinus discomfort and jaw tension/pain. In my 7 years of practice this seems to be the top complaints.
