I am back from a workshop with lots of interesting skills and tools to added. Many more off body energy modalities to provide an option when other therapies lead to plateaus. :)

Nova Scotia Halifax was an amazing and wonderful experience the beginning of October. Enjoyed time for a review of Jikiden Reiki with Tadao Yamaguchi sensei who flew in from Japan. A big thanks to Mari for translating and Gabrielle for being an excellent host. I am grateful to have met so many wonderful people sharing Reiki.
